Recycling and Trash

Pick up day: Friday
When there is a holiday (such as new year's day) during the week, trash day may be moved to Saturday.

Residents of 806 Kennebec Avenue: Please move trash and recycling containers toward the street by 7AM on trash day and return them after collection. Be sure to keep the gate closed except when moving trash and recycling containers. 

Please keep the trash and recycling area as neat as possible. 

Paper
Use the blue rolling bin for paper, except coated cartons, such as milk cartons.

Mixed Recyclables
Place metal cans, glass and plastic bottles, aluminum foil, and other disposable containers in the open rectangular blue containers.

Trash
Place non-hazardous trash in the regular trash containers.
