These
houses are old and charming. However, you should know that before 1978, some paints contained lead. If there is lead paint from that time, it is
covered with newer paint without lead of course. Each apartment is tested for
environmental lead before each tenant moves in. I receive that report and share it with the new tenant. Since owning both
buildings, none of these reports have indicated significant levels of
lead.
