Directions to Kennebec House

For both transit and driving directions, refer to the map tab on your left.

Transit Directions:
From the Takoma station
Take the #12 RideOn bus.
After about 5 minutes, get off at the intersection of Flower and Kennebec Avenues.
Walk right from the direction the bus was traveling.
806 and 808 Kennebec Avenue are the 2nd and 3rd houses on your left.

From the Silver Spring station:
Take the #12 RideOn bus.
After about 15 minutes, get off at the intersection of Flower and Kennebec Avenues.
Walk left from the direction the bus was traveling.
806 and 808 Kennebec Avenue are the 2nd and 3rd houses on your left.

Driving Directions:
From the Beltway traveling east from Bethesda:
Exit on University Boulevard going east.
Turn right on Carroll Avenue (3rd traffic light)
Turn right on Flower Avenue
Turn right onto Kennebec Avenue
806 and 808 Kennebec Avenue are the 2nd and 3rd houses on your left.

From the Beltway traveling west from I-95 or College Park:
Exit on New Hampshire Avenue going south.
Turn right onto Piney Branch Road (3rd traffic light)
Turn left on Carroll Avenue (1st traffic light)
Turn right on Flower Avenue (2nd traffic light)
Turn right onto Kennebec Avenue
806 and 808 Kennebec Avenue are the 2nd and 3rd houses on your left.

From DC going north on 16th Street NW:
Slight right as you leave the District onto Colesville Road.
After you cross under Metro, turn right on Wayne Avenue.
Go about 2 miles and turn right on Flower Avenue. (6th traffic light)
Pass a traffic light and a stop sign and turn left onto Kennebec Avenue.
